Meet Your Profs

Daniel P. Gallagher is the Vice-President of Learning and Development Operations at Comcast. He manages the learning strategy for 25,000 employees and is currently leading the integration of training and development resources for the pending joint venture with NBC Universal. In 2010, he was awarded the Saint Joseph's University Ignatius Award.

Joe Costal has been teaching writing and leadership skills on the college-level for the past ten years, most commonly at Richard Stockton College of NJ. He has published dozens of articles on educational leadership, most notably in Residence Life Executive and Programming Solutions. In 2010, he was awarded Teacher of the Year by the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District.

Joe and Dan are both published authors and award-winning presenters. They are co-writing a book on leadership, currently in development at Dystel Goderidge Literary Agency. They are also best buds and consider themselves a two-man wolf pack.
